They had even installed the new motor units, prior to the doors coming in, (which was much appreciated in the winter), as one garage door was not functioning. Both technicians were great. Salesman Rick Bedell came on time. Listened my concerns & provided me with a few possibilities . Felt no pressure.
The installers were also professional, polite & left a clean site. There was a small issue which was addressed shortly after again with good results.
It was a pleasure to work with Moreland in all aspects of this project from Salesperson, Office Personnel,Installation and love the doors.

Aug ‘22 we received quotes from a few garage door companies for a brand new two car garage. We decided to pursue Mortland base on our experience & interactions with the sales guy, Dan. He was able… Read more Aug ‘22 we received quotes from a few garage door companies for a brand new two car garage. We decided to pursue Mortland base on our experience & interactions with the sales guy, Dan. He was able and willing to work in our budget and made suggestions. The install process was a bit bumpy. Panels and motors installed separate days. Trim for windows not in for both doors at the same time. Black decorative adds, etc. All finally completed end of Jan. Communication could have been better, too.
