Our garage door broke unexpectedly. Found Mortland door systems after speaking with another company. First and foremost spoke with Nancy at Mortland and she was extremely helpful, informative and patient with all the questions. Mortland had the garage system We wanted (lift master) and the price was too hard to beat. Called a competitor to compare and felt i was speaking to a car salesman. They were not as detailed as Mortland and Mortland was $700 CHEAPER! The installer was great , very nice and explained what he was doing . Can’t go wrong with Mortland door overall a great business. Highly recommend!!

A garage door spring broke over the weekend and Ryan came out first thing Monday morning, he was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He replaced the springs and installed backup cables for added safety. Highly recommend

Great experience using Mortland Door Systems to have my garage door opener replaced. I also had the sweep on the bottom of the door replaced, as well. Greg did a great job and was very helpful. He even showed me how to use my battery operated hedge trimmer! I couldn’t figure out how to disengage the safety mechanism. Everything works so quietly now. And my shrubs are trimmed, too!

It was impossible to get someone out to install a new garage door. They came out quickly and installed the door. 2 years later, out of warranty, there was an issue with the door. While it was a problem with the installation, they came out within 2 days to repair the issue free of charge. It's difficult to get contractors out, let alone garage door contractors. I would most certainly use them again.

Greg H, who installed our doors two years ago, came out exactly on time and worked his magic after I'd accidently deleted the codes in one of our door and it wouldn't open or close. He is absolutely the best, and well as the customer support staff at Mortland in arranging the service call.

We had great service from Mortland. We requested a consultation on our garage door as the motor was getting louder and louder. With the helpful technician who came out, we decided to replace the motor. Two other, very nice technicians came out within a week and did the installation for us! They stayed to help us to load the app on our phones, set our code for the new keypad and make sure that everything was working smoothly. We were very pleased with the prompt and efficient service we got from Mortland!

I am so happy that I called Mortland Door Systems when I had difficulty with the opener of my door. The service rep resolved the problem with the opener, installed a new keypad on the exterior, and lubricated all moving parts. He explained info about our door and opener (we moved into home about a year ago) and gave us options about any parts that may be replaced before the cold season. He was very pleasant, informative, and friendly. Mortland scheduled us for a visit very quickly when I called. I would. be comfortable recommending this company to anyone in need of their services.

Mortland installed a new door on my garage and everyone from sales to the installer were very professional. The door looks great and the area was spotless after the removal/install. There was a slight dent in a panel out of the box and Mortland will come out and change it when it comes in. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new door. The new panel came in and Mortland came right out to swap it out
