The first invoice was processed incorrectly and then the order arrived with only one opener rather than two. Everything was made right in a timely manner, but it did taint my experience. I am still pleased with the quality and cost, and would recommend them, but suggest you check things carefully.

My only quibble is that I did not expect to have to provide extension cords to the motors of the openers, as I had thought the installation would involve hard wiring of the motors into the power source in the garage. Perhaps this was naive on my part, but I do not remember that being discussed in the meeting with Dan the salesman. I think that should be an explicit topic in the sales conversation.
