Dan Cortese responded and guided us through the process. He offered options and worked with the manufacturer to confirm the specifications and delivery. We received quotes and a drawing via email. The office team contacted us to set up payment via credit card and emailed receipts. Dan communicated with us regarding the delivery and installation plan. An overall good experience!

The installer was thorough, friendly, prompt, and professional. He even worked on the garage door that he wasn't asked to repair to make it function more smoothly. Thank you!
