Rick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also kindly included some extras at no additional charge. Ryan clearly was very experienced as an installer. Also, he was friendly and took whatever time was needed to get the job done right. Further, at no charge he fixed the internal device (Button)used to lift one of the doors. Finally, he gave us a new handheld remote to replace our broken one.

I, to my chagrin, had a couple of other so-called garage door people come by and try to sell me the whole kit and kaboodle for a ridiculous price. When I said no, the guy said he'd do it on the side without his (ghost! ) company knowing. Told him #%$& outa here. The same thing happened again! Well, I called Mortland Door Systems; Greg was the best, fair, and honest. Works fine now,Thanks.
