I called Mortland and they scheduled a technician for the next day. Fran arrived at the scheduled time and found that the belt was no longer available, the parts were no longer being manufactured for my particular model. Mortland was able to schedule the installation of a new opener for the next business day. Fran was there bright and early to install the opener. While there he tuned both doors and everything is working great! They are the best!
